I understand that is this a request to suspend my billing for up to three (3) months.
I understand that I am still responsible for these payments and the length of my suspension will extend my agreement period by this amount of time.
I understand I am responsible for all payments & fees until my suspension is effective.
I understand my suspension will not be processed if my account has a balance.
I understand that by clicking "Proceed" I qualify for a suspension based on meeting at least one of the following criteria: Illness, Injury, Vacation, International Travel, Financial Hardship, or Covid-19 Related Concerns.
